Mudhouse is a coffeehouse & coffee roaster located in Downtown Springfield. They roast all beans used in their coffee and espresso drinks, and sell by the pound and half pound. Mudhouse also serves a variety of loose leaf teas, homemade baked goods, real fruit smoothies and a variety of soup salads and sandwich.
