Ozark Mountain Shred-Fest is an individual competition to be held on December 8th and 9th, 2012 in Ozark MO.  This competition is designed to test each athlete in the ten disciplines of CrossFit through six WODs over two days.  We expect some top-level competitors from the surrounding states which will allow each athlete to see how they stack up in preparation for the games season. This event will be a true test of where you stand before going into sectionals and regionals.
