Because this process of designing is so specific to the recipient, special time in prayer is taken for that person to choose the appropriate appointed fabrics, textures, and colors. The history behind these shawls stem from the reference of the Jewish talit and tzitziot.

Art direction for brochure and blessing card, which are sent along with each shawl, is inspired from the above verse Psalms 91:4.
